Choreographer, artist, bodywork instructor, and gymnastics coach with international professional experience in stage, dance, and circus arts.

Works with children and adults, combining choreography, gymnastics, and conscious bodywork. In her practice, she focuses on movement quality, safety, and the development of flexibility, coordination, and correct posture.

Kyiv University of Culture (KUC) — Bachelor's degree in Variety Directing
Kyiv University of Culture (KUC) — Master's degree in Cultural Studies

This education has shaped a comprehensive artistic, directing, and stage-based approach to working with artists and athletes.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She has worked as a choreographer at leading Ukrainian venues, including the Palace "Ukraine" and the National Circus of Ukraine, as well as with professional circus troupes. She has participated in touring and festival projects as a circus performer, including performing on stilts.

She has international experience working in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Turkey as an artist, choreographer, and dancer.

SPORTS AND BODYWORK

She has experience as a fitness trainer and gymnastics coach, which provides a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and the principles of safe physical training. Her work focuses on:

• correct movement technique
• developing flexibility and mobility
• strengthening the body without overload
• injury prevention

In her practice, she uses the principles of the Alexander Technique— a method of conscious bodywork aimed at improving posture, breathing, coordination, and reducing excess tension.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN AND STAGED ACTIVITIES

She has extensive experience working with children, including gymnastics, dance, stage, and animation programs. Classes are structured with a balance between discipline, playfulness, and motivation, with special attention to safety and age-appropriateness.

She also works as a choreographer and director at the musical theater La Cachette (Belgium), participating in the creation of choreography, stage movement, and the artistic concept of the performances.
