You can already start doing gymnastics from the age of three. At this age, children are already quite ready to engage in a group activities and perform various exercises under the guidance of a teacher.
Classes are aimed at strengthening the muscle corset, the formation of the correct posture, endurance, flexibility and coordination of movements. Children learn to control their bodies, develop communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Gymnastics has a positive effect on the health of children. Children who go in for sports from an early age have strong immune system. Trainings for children from 3 years old are carried out in a playful way, but at the same time they are aimed at achieving good results. Thanks to this, it is much easier for children to assimilate new information.
The training consists of the basic elements of artistic gymnastics and acrobatics, exercises on the wall bars. The lesson also includes choreography, porter gymnastics, stretching exercises and general physical education.
